"I hate this place but this is the only place our insurance accepts. Therapists never stick around enough to actually help they have such an overwhelming amount of patients that they never seem to remember your last session. really makes me believe no one can help me."

"The staff at the front desk were rude, the woman that signs people in started gossiping about me to the other staff thinking I couldn’t hear them. All over a small mistake I made on my paperwork. Additionally, KaLena (the woman that saw me), was very “fake” nice. She was implying my anxiety isn’t real because I was able to take a picture of myself for my State ID card years ago.. that’s what she said ..."
