"My issues were not met at all. I left there stunned after seeing that Dr. Sood had prescribed me Protonix which doesn’t address any of my problems at all. As far as I’m concerned, I was given a Bandaid and not heard at all. I’ve never been so angry after leaving a doctor’s office."

"I had not had problems with this practice until today (hence the two stars). After taking prep for 24 hours and fulfilling the instructions as they were written, only to have a attendant try to gaslight me, telling me that I had not followed several of the instructions. "Nothing of any kind after 7:00" (despite the instructions stating 8:00, and that only some medications could be taken with water. ..."
