"Your receptionist is the most rudest person ever. As soon as I walked in the door, she pointed out another lady to help me. After I finish filling out my paperwork, I had checked a couple of things and ask her about it she was very rude and said “well that doesn’t pertain to this.” There was a mixup I was supposed to see an ENT doctor not getting an audio. She was very rude. Didn’t even try to help ..."
