"I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service at the cardiology clinic today. I was a long time patient. However I will not be using ANY PART of Harbin again. I was left in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours and than when I was taken in it was another 1/2 hour and still was not seen. It was only a follow up and renewal of presciptions. NOTHING was accomplished today and it is an hour each way to get ..."
