"If I could have given it no stars, I would. Went back in June. Did not give us our prescriptions. Have been calling ever since. Wait times on the phone are ridiculous, 16 minutes or more. Leave a message, they never return it. Text and email never returned. Finally got through after about 16 minutes, and the girl that answered was kind of rude. Will NOT go there again. EVER. And we'll see ..."

"This facility just wants your money no matter how they get it. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!! Did not order glasses and they still want to charge for writing a script. Overcharged for a free eye exam...Director Annelise Adams needs to take a closer look at her billing department."

"Was billed for glasses that I did not order and my insurance was billed and paid their part. I talked to Billing and was told they would fix it. I got a new bill that shows the insurance companies portion had been credited back to the insurance and now I'm being billed for 100%. When I called back to billing the guy said he would take care of it ASAP. I just received the bill again. I did not order ..."

"Don't waste your time here. They don't have the staff to cover the patients. They can't provide a time to expect an email. And wait 5 weeks after you order glasses to tell you their on back order for another 3 months. "

"I have been going to Hanover Family Eye Care for several years never had a problem but I went for a regular eye exam and was charged a $30.00 dollar copay when I had insurance to cover eye exam office visit I checked with my insurance before I went and told the girl the eye exam was covered by my insurance but she charged me anyway my Insurance does have a copay for specialist but they are not specialist. ..."
