"My mom was referred here by Urgent Care. She broke her arm during a visit to CA from HI so we needed an ortho ASAP. When I called on her behalf, the woman who answered the phone was so rude. I was trying to explain the situation and she kept interrupting me to say "Well, she's going to have to pay out of pocket if she needs surgery even if she has insurance." I attempted to ask a follow-up question ..."
