"Not a fan of the way things work with Delta Dental here, paying up front and getting partially reimbursed later. My previous family dentist of 30+ years handled everything through Delta Dental, and was a lot cheaper. But they were 45 min away. Thank you for your candid response. We certainly appreciate feedback from our patients allowing us to enhance our patients’ experiences at our office. It is our goal to treat patients like we would want to be treated, rather than letting insurance policies dictate that treatment. We therefore discuss with you treatment options that we believe are in your best interest whether that may cost a little more (ex. Fluoride) or whether that may be a cost savings to you (as was also the case in your appointment). We are happy to see that you liked our building as we are pleased to invest in our patients continued care as well as in our community. In regards to the flossing at the end of your cleaning, it is our practice to floss after every cleaning. If this was overlooked for some reason, we would be pleased to have you back in to correct this. We would love the opportunity to discuss some of these concerns that you raise in person
