"I do not recommend Hamilton. They have two therapists who never stepped foot in the US. They work remotely from Manila and India (Joy) . Eunice Ramos pretends she is in the Paramus office. They violate HIPPA and they prescribe addictive Schedule 2 medicines over the phone."

"Its been very popular based on ratings but reality is different. Technically there is zero psychiatrist doctor available. All are nurse practitioner. so stay away from this place. If you cannot find doctor in this bergen county, look for other county but find doctor in stead of such nurse practioner who has limited knowledge and sometime shows zero responsibilities in case of patient concern."

"APN is a 5. Billing is a hot mess...as in a -5 if I could give negative stars. I have no idea what I owe. One day I get a bill that says my balance is 72, I pay it and then I get another saying my amount past due is 184 ? But 1 page of the bill is missing. I call for the full bill and now my balance is 12 ?"

"Therapist was ok. Billing is an absolute mess. They provided no receipts for payment and when I sent an email asking for one I got an email back saying “This is your receipt.” I was then sent emails months later saying I owe them for appointments unless I’ve paid them disregard the email and forward the receipt to the sender. "Absolutely horrible, besides your video visit with your doctor its next to impossible to reach them again, office staff is rude and has not answered the phone multiple times when I try and get information very unprofessional and pathetic id like a direct number to my doctor and not have to relay 7 messages until my doctor gets notified.
