"I don't have any issues with the Hagerstown VA Clinic itself but I do have an issue with not being able to reach them by phone. All the numbers listed either aren't working numbers or they take me to the Martinsburg VA and then they transfer me to the scheduling dept. I need to schedule directly through the Hagerstown Clinic and I don't know how to do that."
