"I heavily recommend against trying to schedule with this clinic. The employees made this a nightmare. Never in my life have I had such a hard time scheduling something and it's when I get released from the ER. Faalua would take 3-7 days to get back to me every time and would never answer the phone when I called. I wasted over a month trying to schedule with this clinic and I am now out of medication ..."

"I contacted for a colonoscopy with them late December. The appointment was scheduled for three months later in March. They sent me a scheduling packet and prep prescription. Time passes and the appointment date approaches. Day prior and still no contact for hospital scheduling. On further inquiry, they don't even have me scheduled, and can't fit me in again until July.
