"Grove Creek requires an EEG for my knee oblation. They were supposed to have sent a referral to Timpanogos Hospital for me to get the EEG done there on Friday. They obviously forgot to send it and now I see Grove Creek doesn’t take Medicare. That’s two strikes! Incompetency is what I’m thinking!"
