"Office staff is unresponsive and rude. I was never able to see a doctor and utilize the surgery referral. In early January 2025 I made a morning appointment for late February to see Dr. Sohn who came highly recommended. Two weeks later, I realized I had a conflict with a class I'm taking. I left four messages with my phone number asking about rescheduling and was never called back. Today I called ..."
