"Getting appointments seems impossible. Even after seeing their primary provider in person and them saying "I will refer this to XYZ" ......nothing. A follow up message explaining in detail what the issue is and asking for an update is usually met with "You will need to come in and see your primary care provider who will then refer you to XYZ...." Follow up message #2 saying I have already seen ..."

"There is one doctor we've seen at the VA since 2021 that is a 5-star doctor. He has worked long hours and called late at night when the test results came in that needed immediate attention. If the Greenville VA could not assist my husband, then Dr. Alabi made sure he got care locally through Community Care. I also want to make sure Dr. Alabi's team of nurses are recognized for their excellent response ..."

"Disabled and in pain since May 27 2024. The Veterans clinic has been of no use to me and provided no care whatsoever. I have spent hours on the phone and they have been excellent at pretending to be doing something, the outcome is always the same, nothing. The system is broken and I regret my decision to ever get involved with the Navy which ultimately lead to this mess. I curse the entire organization ..."

I am a patient at this clinic. had my doctors removed (by request - yes you can do that) and given new doctors over the years. Agree with the other review - they cannot keep doctors. However I know some leave due to frustration of not being able to provide the service they ..."

"If you don’t need to be seen it is a great place. You can not get in to see doctors even when you make an appointment 6 months in advance. They cancel and reschedule you 3 months later. They can’t keep doctors so you never know who you will see. If you need a work In appointment for illness they tell you to go to urgent care or the Er."

"Refused services for not being a local told it would be hrs to enroll and see if approved. Hello 2008 you would think with the world aware of what was done to 65,000 vets during that time frame it would be over. But it's back in full force. This facility will assess human value and react accordingly Valid ID and VA card will not help."
