"Dr. Richard Ballard at Green Clinic in Ruston La is a mess. First off he looked very unkept. Then no one in office told me to bring anything. So when told after 1 hr and 15 min wait that we would need x-rays done I asked politely if we will have to go back to waiting room. Dr went off on a raid on how he has been there since 5 am seen 105 pts so far and we were welcome to leave. Which we did. His ..."
