"Twice I have witnessed elderly people struggling to cross the parking lot an invh at a time with a walker , get through both of the non handicapped assisted doors only to be told they were a few minutes late and would need to reschedule . We were on time and still waited twenty minutes minimum so these older women being a few minutes late have no impact on the schedule . What a horrible person . ..."
