"I wish I could give 0 stars. Dismissive of my symptoms and was told I was more or less exaggerating. Went to another practice who ordered tests and was able to diagnose and treat all because they took more than 5 minutes to listen to me."

"I accompanied my 83 year-old wheelchair-bound sister to her appt on March 17. She lives in a local nursing home and has dementia. This review is for a medical assistant. (The nurse practitioner we saw was kind and explained things to my sister very patiently ). The medical assistant was rude and condescending. "Great Doctors but horrible front desk - consistently horrible. I saw them be rude to everyone, not just me, absolutely in need of training and update the office to allow more receptionists to make check in more efficient. I had to leave after so many errors with getting labs, medication mix ups - lab and pharmacy both said the office was terrible to deal with and they were right."

"I actually think this is a wonderful practice with caring and very knowledgeable doctors, nurses & assistants. However, they DO NOT answer the phone ever! It’s frustrating. It’s been going on for at least 10 years, it’s progressively got worse. They make up excuses and it never gets resolved. It makes me sad that I will have to move on to another practice."
