"Even though the doctors are very good, the management of the office and call center is horrendous. After more than a week of calling, leaving messages on their web form, speaking to reps in the call center to have someone return my call I have yet to get that call, the stress of dealing with the idiocy of just getting a call to reschedule an appointment they cancelled without notifying me is enough ..."
