"Dr. Dolan was running behind and did not see me. I waited months for an appointment and was told it needed to be rescheduled. My reality is that I have not been able to climb stairs or squat to pick something up for years. I was seeking a second opinion and a glimmer of hope that I could resume my life with mobility and without pain. It was super disappointing and I believe insensitive."
