"The doctor of my choice isn’t accepting new patients here. My insurance company listed him though as accepting new patients but after calling Grand St Medical Associates, the appointment clerk and nurse said he hadn’t accepted new patients in three years!! They are too busy to update their insurance data on their end so it’s not easy to find a doctor taking new patients. It’s a very busy office."
