"Horrible experience! Not only was I overcharged for a crown with no reimbursement after my insurance paid. More importantly, I was told I needed a crown on a particular tooth that simply needed a filling replacement (as verified by 2 dentists' and cared for as well). The place is scamming those they perceive as having resources while ignoring medical code of conduct. I am glad to have moved on ..."

"Awful!!! I can absolutely say STAY AWAY!! I have had 8 implants, gum surgery 3 times, grafting, 3 root canals and 3 sets of braces. I sent my daughter in knowing she has some of the same issues. We had a dentist in Riverview - mid day cleaning 59.00. I saw the special for 99.00 and figured x rays, and cleaning with a short drive. She went in they charged 79.00 for x rays and would not clean her ..."

I have insurance and was never notified that I had a balance. I asked what's it for and they refused to tell me. I have paid them thousands of dollars for previous visits including a dentures. "After years of cleanings by this group, with being told his mouth was fine, he was suddenly told this visit he had advanced periodontal disease and needed a special cleaning at $750 a tooth. He was there 6 months ago and they said everything was fine. He left for a second opinion and will never be back."

"Very poor patient care and front office staff. Very focused on their own bottom line, not your dental needs. Even if you like this team, it's very highly advised to get a second or even a third estimate for any proposed work. Also, take the time to call your carrier for coverage details. I harbor very strong doubts that this office pursues insurance proceeds as the primary payer."
