"Would do a NO STAR but not available. Received my first bill 7/31/24 for a procedure done on 11/13/2023. Grand Canyon submitted more than 6 claims that were denied due to incomplete or inaccurate records. My UHC insurance advocate has tried to deal with them for 2 months and gets no response. The other Dr from GC filed and was paid timely. There is no way to contact GC directly, the website and ..."

"Can't contact them, they are useless. They assign two anesthetists for a simple colonoscopy and charged me over $1600. I'm going in again, and will stop the one who simply looks at my paperwork and offers no value to remove himself. I will not allow him to look at my paperwork. I will not pay for a second one. It's a total rip off and they got the insurance companies to agree. Total scam. "

"If your on Medicare contact them ask them to do essesment violation and have the company do provider education. They are not getting the information from the place of service. Too many bad reviews. "

The physician ( Dr. Sukhdeep Padda) and facility (Arrowhead Endoscopy and Pain Management Center) are in-network for my UHC. You would think the facility would confirm insurance coverage for the anesthesia group their facility provides or make you aware ..."
