"I gave PA Baez-Ballesteros a 5 star rating. She is the best PA in Gonzaba group. She’s the only one, at Gonzaba, who did a thorough, investigative analysis of my condition. The Licensed medical doctors there don’t come close to her expertise. None of them do. "Pleasanton location good staff but not professional in some cases like mine. I addressed situation on my first visit. My next visit wasn't as pleasant. And now i wasn't even called for reminder. Poor behavior including pt manager and chi ropractor. Laugh and make fun of you hiddenly. Iwas looking forward for this pt think would have help my situation. "My 81 year old friend just recently transferred to Gonzaba on Hillcrest. I tried to schedule an appointment to follow up with her primary doctor after her hospital release. She needs an MRI. They won't see her until the 19th of this month. I asked if she could see another doctor and they don't have one.
