I went in today to take my son and Amy helped me again with a problem I had with medical release. Such an awesome place. My daughter loves Dr Erin and we would recommend this office to anyone. "My son said he liked how he was treated, and would prefer to get his braces here than the other place we visited for a quote. Staff is friendly, they offer HERO discount, discount for paying upfront, and the kids get dipping dots at the end of a treatment. Almost felt like our Texas dental clinic. But they had video games, wifi, and a mini movie theater in the dental clinic. Hint hint..."

"Y’all do great with service when one can count on it! I receive contradictory messages all the time for you guys to the point I have to call to be sure the appointment is still a thing?!? Doesn’t that defeat the point of a message service ? Especially when the latest message I revive is the opposite from what I’m told on the phone when I call to confirm?"

"My son enjoyed his visit of getting braces! Due to COVID-19, I had to wait in the car....I was impressed with the time it took to place the brackets and wires on his teeth! China was very informative and let me know what to expect over the next 6-8 weeks."

"They work really well with kids. I recommend this dentist office to all parents.my 2 year old first time in any dentist office and she was alone with them because of Covid I had to go between 2 rooms because my kids had different work done so one was in a private room and one was in the open room getting her teeth cleaned. She didn’t cry at all they took the time to make sure both my kids was comfortable. ..."

"So far so good, We are new to the area and have become new patients of GPDO. From the phone conversations to the scheduling to the arrival to meeting with the staff and Doctors, all are very professional and friendly! I wish us adults could get this same treatment. We are so very blessed to have found the best place in town!!"

"The staff for the most part is very young and pleasant to speak to. The dental techs takes excellent care of my son and has him out pretty quickly with minimal pain. Only issue is the front admin need to turn phone system on. Kind of frustrating when its after 9 and the phone still says they are closed."

"All three of my children go see Dr. Smith. Age ranges are from 9-17. They like the super friendly staff. They love how Dr. Smith explains things to them. We are absolutely glad we found them. I as a parent love the fact that even though they have a great number of patients Dr. Smith still remembers my kids and their names."
