"The staff made mistakes about getting me an mri two times and than told me my appointment was cancelled since i didnt have the mri.Ask for different muscle relaxer but sent in the same one.Thought I was getting a shot today since I got the mri they wanted but was told they would schedule me aug 8th. No one asked me if i needed anything for pain.I am very upset"

"Just the most condescending arrogant sensitive Dr I've ever met. It's a terrible waste of time and money. If you need pain management you are better off buying Tylenol from the store. Dr Malik if you want to call him that is the most uncompassionate person I've ever seen in my life."

"My insurance was charged for 2 tests totaling $5,490. that I was never had. I was a nurse and I know the woman who wanted to do the test was not a doctor and didn’t have a clue how a real nerve or muscle test was suppose to be performed, and by a real neurologist . She applied a probe and turned it on before warning me and I was out of there. I actually think there’s a lot more wrong doing going on ..."

"My husband just returned from his first appointment with Dr. Malik. The experience for him was very poor. Dr. Malik was very rude and arrogant when he was not being condescending in demeanor. The office staff was unfriendly as well. Needless to say this will be the last visit."
