"The wait times are incredibly long as they are in the habit of overbooking. My last appointment with Dr. Reddy I wasn't seen until over an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Reddy is knowledgeable in the field of opth but severely lacking in communication and bedside manner. He has been regularly hesitant to discuss lifestyle changes that may alleviate my eye issues. I also had no luck ..."

"Be prepared…….to wait……a very….very…..long time. They say be prepared to wait an hour and a half. But my wife’s last visit was 2 hours of wait time. Run like a factory. Drs are good but the office is very poorly run. They need to be more respectful of patients’ time."

They called on Friday and left a message saying I needed to give them my insurance card or pay $395 before my appointment on Tuesday! It was too late to call on Friday when I got the message so called as soon as they opened on Monday and gave them my insurance card information ..."
