"Moved into the valley & called to make appt for annual physical & labs. (I'm 70 yrs old) Was told to fill out paperwork, they would request records from my previous provider (even though I told them I had copies of everything), then they would call me for appt. 5-6 weeks & they NEVER called. I called them 3 times to make sure they had not forgotten me. Third call and I was told the OFFICE MANAGER ..."
