"MD’s and nursing staff are amazing. No concerns with the care I received. Office staff, billing office and practice manager are the worst I have ever experienced. That is no exaggeration. Months to schedule the procedure even after my PCP made a personal call to them. Clerical issue on their end which resulted in insurance claim denials for the procedure as well as mine and my children’s office visits ..."

"Still stunned. And never had an experience like it. Doddi a nurse when I inquired; stated my condition was “insignificant”. Thoughtless, and rude. I have seen the reviews. Your staff on the front lines will need replacing ; if there are skilled doctors; you will lose them as what person not feeling well does not need is a rude and nasty nurse scaring off a patient.
