"Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment. We've called half a dozen times. Been put on hold for over 20 minutes each time and are asked to leave a voicemail. Requested an appointment online a week ago and still no response. Very disappointed. "

"Had a horrible experience so I switched doctors and we have requested my radiology report 7 times now to no avail. I even went in person to fill out their forms."

"The worse experience I've ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. No joke. I went in on January 30th 2023 and wanted to get my Nexplanon renewed. I wasn't feeling well so I asked for a pregnancy test just in case. Found out later that most other places have you do one as a precautionary measure. Test came back saying I was, and I quote the unprofessional doctor, Rachel Walker, "super pregnant". ..."
