"I went in today in Tomball for a blood work app that I had made. After waiting for about 20 min I asked how much longer it would be. I was told there were 3 or 4 ahead of me, that my “appointment” was only to let them know I was to come in. My position on the list is what was my place not my appointment. Never had I been told that from anyone else & I have been with a Genesis Dr for quite a while. ..."

"I had an MRI Aug 8 at the Tomball location. The MRI itself went pretty much like any other. However, I've made two calls to attempt get a copy to take to an orthopedic surgeon...neither call returned. I was hoping to avoid waiting while a copy is made rather than just going in and picking it up. But it appears there is no option."

"This company is run by morons! I had an appointment scheduled for today, and today they found no record of it. Also call that 440-5300 number and be put on hold for 15 minutes. The CEO's of this crappy Med company should be fired! AS bad and stupid as Anthony Faucci!"
