"Refused to provide cost estimates prior to surgery and the office staff was very aloof when I explained that I needed a rough idea of the cost prior to committing to expensive tests. They didn't care that I might be paying out of pocket and getting into a debt that couldn't be paid. Didn't discuss any alternatives, even though there are different types of surgery for my problem.
