"The staff never answers the phone - goes right to voicemail 95% of the time. Leave a message and roll the dice if they will call you back or not. Dr's are good though."

"Tricky cause I've been going here since 2019 only because of the doctors & nurses. I feel all of the receptionist, except ONE, are really unprofessional and rude. They NEEED to set up an email or something because they're CONSTANTLY "forgetting" to turn the phones back on; particularly after 12 which is their break."
