"Very pushy about insurance and recommending covered services you don’t need or want to boost revenue beyond cleaning fees. Felt this way on each visit over last two years. Final straw was demanding my insurance info prior to my visit and threatening to cancel my appointment if I didn’t comply by a certain time. Clearly the tried to pre-run my previous policy. I do not recommend. "
