"This phone number is not working. I had a procedure done on 6/30/23 and I cannot get in touch with Dr. shah at all. Seems very strange that the office just closed and the phone numbers do not work. Even the staff at the surgery center cannot give me a working phone number. "

"Billing nightmare. The billing Dept recorded the wrong address when scheduling. Never got my follow labs, analysis, or doctors notes. Called for three weeks, trying to pay bills I am told I owe. Getting collection notices with the wrong address on it. Now I get text, calls, and notices, but they don’t want to fix my address. Admin support is out to lunch. This facility does not care about their patients ..."
