"I, fortunately, had a much better experience at this facility than many have stated. My biggest obstacle was the amount of time it took for them to call me for an appointment after my GP had sent the referral - maybe a couple months, but it wasn't emergent so no big deal! "I called to schedule a colonoscopy and was served promptly and courteously then placed on the procedure schedule with ease. Other facilites are either not taking patients or saying to call back in a month because the schedule is full. So far, this has been a very smooth expereince. I will up date this review if things change after the procedure, so far, five stars!"

"Couldn’t get the office staff to help with a prior authorization for insurance. Kept saying they were working on it and would get the Dr to reach back out to me. Will not go back. I found somewhere else to go for help."

He is very knowledgeable in his speciality, takes his time with you during appointments, and makes sure your questions are answered and that you understand your plan of care. "Another one star review. I am getting bills directly from the lab because my insurance info was never provided to them by this practice. A first for me in 7 years. Also, no MD note in their portal which is useless, it's been a month. Lastly, no indication that a treatment plan is in the works, or that anyone has given a remote thought to what comes next."

"Doctor and care are fine. Administration and office are useless. They do not answer the phone. HOURS spent on hold to get and setup appointment. We asked them for a final bill - while we were there.
