"Another one star review. I am getting bills directly from the lab because my insurance info was never provided to them by this practice. A first for me in 7 years. Also, no MD note in their portal which is useless, it's been a month. Lastly, no indication that a treatment plan is in the works, or that anyone has given a remote thought to what comes next. "
