"I have received a bill for $150.00 for a missed appointment. I submit to you that I did not miss the appointment Gastroenterology Clinic did. I was scheduled on July 10th to arrive at CHI at 9:30 am for a colonoscopy at 11:30 am. The night before the colonoscopy I received a phone call the office pushing back the appointment to check in at CHI at 11:30. Clearly the office missed my scheduled appointment. After ..."
