"Can't get through the phone to make an appointment! "

"Horrible practice. Can't get through on the phone--have an 18 minute wait now. Instructions stink. Communications stink. Their endoscopy brochure says in several places that a driver must stay the whole time, which turned out to be patently false! And the brochure is amateurish and wasteful of paper. Those docs should actually pay for more good help. Astonishingly bad!!!!!!!"

"I liked the services of Dr. Garone, and feel he is a good doctor. The problem is follow up in the office on prescription refills. I can't get through to a human being about refilling a prescription. My pharmacy called in a refill and there was NO response from the practice. I'm trying to follow up, and I keep getting dumped into a voice mail where my repeated calls don't get returned and I'm not ..."

"Terrible office! My son has been a patient here for 7 years. No one knows how to do their job. He’s being billed thousands of dollars for a visit 2 years ago. He paid his portion and has made numerous phone calls trying to resolve and NO one will help. Clueless and just don’t care. They don’t ever answer the phone so next line is to the Better Business Bureau."
