"I waited four months to see Dr. Brown for a condition that was becoming chronic. I came prepared with labs and test results and he greeted me by asking if I had OCD (referring to the paperwork I brought with me). It was such a jarring and inappropriate comment that immediately set the tone for the visit. Despite this interaction, I moved forward with a diagnostic procedure, hoping to get answers. ..."

"Saw Dr. Brown's assistant in July to request a colonoscopy. They had no availability (of 6 or more doctors) until December. Five months! Assistant acted like a life coach; gave me a pamphlet for a condition I've lived with 25 years. Gave me advice given to my Mother 30 years ago. Went elsewhere and all is done. Good thing I had no cancer."
