"This office collected a copay from me to receive my colonoscopy results which was not supposed be collected. I was told I would receive a refund, that was 9 months ago. They are dishonest. The entire experience at this location has been terrible."

And then I spoke with a supervisor claiming that she will address my concerns never did .
