"My rate is for the Billing Department because they don't know how explain why charges extra in my account. If you try to explain to the person on the phone they did not accept reasons. You try to chat in their web and never answer. Very frustrating. They just want to charge you and drain your money for no reason."

"I was blatantly lied to about why my appointment was rescheduled the day before my procedure. I did the special diet for a week, the liquid diet including both doses of prep, showed up the hospital at 7am to be presented with a $3000 bill after working out a payment arrangement for $761. "You can only give 1 star as the lowest. The rating is really a ZERO !! This was at one time a great group of providers. Somewhere along the way the provider pool has been watered down with less than qualified and caring people. If there is a drug company rep in the house with Chck Fil A biscuits, can koozies and refrigerator magnets, then HELL will freeze over before you are seen. The most APPALLING ..."
