"The procedure was fine. The lack of communication between the staff and the patient is horrible. Dr englander's assistant told me my prescription should be covered. It took me three phone calls to get them to call it in right by the time I got it it wasn't at before and it cost me $145. It's funny my friend went to the other location and because Insurance didn't cover they gave it to him free. Now ..."

"Dr Garelick, his NP Olga, and clinical staff Rosa are amazing. The office / billing staff at Gastro of Palm Beaches are terrible. Initially when scheduling my doctors appt there were several issues with wrong dates etc. Everytime I check in with the office I always ask if there’s a balance when I leave. Several months later I’m hit with a collection letter saying I didn’t pay $50. Never notified of ..."
