"The staff who is in charge of insurance was rude enough to fight with my insurance agent. I changed the insurance from HMO to PPO recently but the clinic did not check it even after my doctor visit and called me to ask the new insurance info. My agent called back the clinic and explained but the staff did not understand. The phone call was ended in dispute and fight."

"Front staff is the worse! I had my appt and they called me to reschedule it due to Dr staff. Now I have to wait 3 more months and when asked to speak to the manager they put me on hold for 20 mins and still waiting."
