"Garland is a fraud. He required me to allow him to crown a healthy tooth if I wanted him to make a partial. He crowned the tooth. He refused to finish the partial. He balance billed me. Anthem BC/BS Medicare Advantage let him get by with it. So did the Ohio Dental Association."
