"BEWARE. I asked the doctor approximately how much the endoscopy would cost. He said even without insurance max would be 2.5k. Well I have the most expensive insurance plan. They charged over 9K for the entire thing plus charged me $250 upfront, which is illegal when you have an insurance card per my insurance agent. After insurance, I still am being charged 2.5K.
