"The billing is terrible. They can't tell you what you are being billed for, won't send you a bill after multiple requests, but send out threatening notifications of turning it over to a collection agency if you don't pay a bill. Numerous phone calls and visits to the office to resolve the issues and they can't or won't tell you what you are being billed for, just that you owe them. Even my insurance ..."

"The dental work is 10/10, the administrative staff on the other hand is awful. I have been dealing with being overcharged since May, it is now September. I have spent approximately 6 hours in the lobby of the office trying to get my bill worked out. It’s a shame because the dentists and oral surgeons themselves are great but the complications that come with paying to go here are just not worth it ..."
