"Heather Neill is an excellent PA. While it can take a while to get an appointment with her, she is always friendly, helpful, and takes considerable time with her patients. The office staff on the other hand - with the exception of Michelle - are downright rude. This is an ongoing issue that has been recognized, but has yet to be remedied. "

It may still be so…but I can think of few Medical practices that are much better, unless the practice is a large practice with 5+ docs. Dr. Higgenbotham is rude, controlling, snappy in her judgements, places her personal problems on others, doesn’t listen to her clients nor has control over her tone and mannerism. "Difficult to get an appointment. You may wait 4-6 months for annual appointments. Too many patients so you are hurried once you do get an appointment. Difficult to speak to a doctor or get a return phone call. When requesting information you are required to explain private concerns with office staff before they contact doctors.
