"The front desk cancelled my original appointment and said I had done so, which was completely inaccurate. Once I did get in to see a physician, Dr Baker spent less than 5 minutes in a physical exam, dismissed the original complaint. I phoned back to ask a few follow up questions the next day and was basically told there was nothing they could do. They gave me no answers and no help whatsoever."
