"The new management has extremely unethical billing practices. I paid a bill as soon as I received it and they credited it to the wrong account. When I called they said a refund would be issued and I told them I would pay it again once I received the refund. Three phone calls later, the refund still hasn't been issued and they sent the original bill to collections. Go to Meritus instead - fare better ..."
