"Went to the Urgent Care part of the clinic for an urgent situation after verifying they were a preferred provider with insurance. We were told that in order to be seen we MUST have a referral from primary doctor. They were refusing service unless we paid cash. This is medical blackmail. Working with insurance to have them removed from their preferred provider list."
