"Generally I have had satisfactory treatment at Kendrick, though for my most recent visit (today, Oct. 5, 2023) my doctor was not present. I was not informed beforehand and had to see a nurse practicioner. I was told that they attempted to inform me by leaving messages on my phone, but the two messages they left only asked me to confirm my appointment and said nothing about the absence of my doctor. ..."

"I was/am patient at Kendrick for over 18 years. Dr Gary Midla retired a couple of years ago and since then it's become incompetent. I've had 2 issues. Getting help to deal with issues is an exercise in adversarial combativeness. One simple billing/coding issue in Oct 2022 took over 3 months to even get someone to help. And the office staff gets upset. My last and final issue came when Jennifer Brown, ..."
