"I was lost, trying to find the correct building. I called to let them know I would be late because of being lost. When I arrived at the office, I was told I could not see the doctor and had to make another appointment. I have been to other appointments and waited 20 to 30 minutes, with little or no apology. This is unacceptable. "

"I had an appt. with a phy asst by the name Elisa Demet Thursday the third of August 2023.This woman is a professional in all aspects of the word.She answered any and all questions I had.Was not in a hurry to get me gone to move on to the next appt.,and was very kind, polite, and caring about my review.I have never experienced such a person in the medical field like this in my life.This office needs ..."

"Horrible customer service. Doctor is a nice guy. He assured me if I needed them to fax orders somewhere else to simply call in. So, I call in and get put on a 15-minute hold. Then, when the lady comes back, she says she doesn't have a fax number. I ask her 3 times if she would like the fax number, to which she doesn't answer. Then she threatens to hang up the call (multiple times) because she didn't ..."
