"Excellent health care! After my breathing test the Doctor gave me a medicine that would or should help me with my COPD treatment. Upon return in 3 months, I had another breathing test, and he found it to be helping my issues with COPD. I have recommended the Doctors at Fox Valley Pulmonary Medicine to my entire family! They are doing an excellent job in caring for my health."

"I was lost, trying to find the correct building. I called to let them know I would be late because of being lost. When I arrived at the office, I was told I could not see the doctor and had to make another appointment. I have been to other appointments and waited 20 to 30 minutes, with little or no apology. This is unacceptable."

"I had an appt. with a phy asst by the name Elisa Demet Thursday the third of August 2023.This woman is a professional in all aspects of the word.She answered any and all questions I had.Was not in a hurry to get me gone to move on to the next appt.,and was very kind, polite, and caring about my review.I have never experienced such a person in the medical field like this in my life.This office needs ..."

"Horrible customer service. Doctor is a nice guy. He assured me if I needed them to fax orders somewhere else to simply call in. So, I call in and get put on a 15-minute hold. Then, when the lady comes back, she says she doesn't have a fax number. I ask her 3 times if she would like the fax number, to which she doesn't answer. Then she threatens to hang up the call (multiple times) because she didn't ..."
